Mundu ONE2ONE is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users and event delegates by applying appropriate technical and organizational security measures in accordance with applicable data protection laws and industry best practices.

Our clients are event organizers and professional networks. App users and delegates are members of those networks and have already provided consent or authorization to their respective event organizers for the handling of their personal data for event-related purposes.

We collect only the information necessary to provide event registration, networking, and one-to-one meeting scheduling services. This includes delegate name, company name, email address, country, and other event-related profile details required by the organizer.

Delegate information is used strictly for event management purposes such as event registration, badge generation, one-to-one meeting scheduling, networking within the same event, table and booth assignments, and scheduler management.

Delegate information is shared only within the same event and only with other delegates, under the supervision and consent of the respective event organizer. We do not sell, trade, or transfer delegate data between different event organizers.

Mundu does not use delegate data for direct or indirect marketing purposes and does not collect data for unrelated or future marketing use.

We contact users only when they request a demo, request a free trial, or when communication is required for legitimate event-related purposes. We do not send unsolicited promotional communications.

Where payments are involved, sensitive information is transmitted securely using encryption and is handled directly by authorized payment gateways. Mundu does not store payment card details.

Event-related data is securely stored and retained for up to 24 months after the event. Data is accessible only to Mundu and the respective event organizer.

If an event organizer requests access to historical event logs, data may be retained for a longer period. If an organizer requests earlier deletion, the data will be permanently removed from our servers.

We use appropriate security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
