How One2One collects, uses, and protects the personal data of delegates and event organisers across the platform.
These are the principles that govern how we handle every piece of data on the One2One platform.
One2One takes care of users and delegates privacy by using appropriate security measures.
Our clients are networks, and app users are members of those networks who have already given consent or rights to respective networks about the handling of their personal data.
We respect our users' privacy. We do not use delegate data for event marketing directly or indirectly in any manner.
We only contact users who request a demo or free trial of our software. We only collect the information of delegates that is required for event purposes. We share delegate information with other delegates of the same event under the full attention of the event organiser.
Event organisers execute their pre-event and post-event processes under One2One software — inclusive of event registration, sponsor information, speaker information, badge generation, delegate details, one-to-one meeting information, scheduler assignment, and table/booth assignment. We require basic profile information for event purposes. Delegates may ask their event organiser why such information is needed.
We only require mandatory information such as company name, delegate name, delegate email, and country. We do not gather delegate information for future use. For payment security, we pass encrypted information to the payment gateway.
We do not disclose or sell the information (contact information, travel information, or any related information) of delegates from one event organiser to another in any manner. We only communicate with event organisers regarding event and delegate details.
We delete event information after 24 months from our servers. Data is kept fully secure between One2One and the event organiser. If an organiser wishes to retain logs from previous years, we store that data accordingly. If the organiser does not want data retained for 24 months, we remove it from our servers upon request.
Our team is happy to clarify how we keep your information safe and what your rights are.
