One2One Scheduler, Event Management and Network Membership Management are developed, maintained and supported by Techsimba Pvt. Ltd. — a software company in Indore, India, with deep roots in B2B event technology.
The One2One Meeting Scheduler launched in 2010 with a single goal: maximise the networking value of freight forwarder events for delegates, and make those events dramatically easier to run for organisers. It has been actively developed and supported ever since.
Today the platform is developed, maintained and marketed by Techsimba Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India in 2020 whose founders bring more than 20+ years of combined experience across web and mobile development, digital marketing and IT consulting. The product was previously stewarded by sister concern Cheshta Infotech Pvt. Ltd. before transferring to Techsimba.
What hasn't changed is the focus. Rather than building a generic event tool for everyone, we went deep into one vertical — freight and logistics networking — and built the scheduling, event-management and membership software that this industry actually needs. That depth is the difference.
We'd rather be the best platform for freight networks than an average one for every event on earth. Every feature is built around how forwarders actually work.
An event platform shouldn't just run the day — it should show the organiser what the event was worth. Measurable value is the goal, not a nice-to-have.
We keep dedicated technical and support resources on hand so clients get real answers from people who know the platform — not canned replies. Around 95% of clients return.
Cloned event setups, accumulating match history, a growing member graph — the platform is designed so that every event you run makes the next one easier and smarter.
Whether you run one annual conference or a global calendar of events, we'd be glad to show you how the platform fits.
